This website is a tremendous source of information. With a little searching, you will find up-to-date information about local, state, national and even international political news. Detailed information about our local, state, and national Republican candidates is available. The mission of CCRP is simply “Better Government for a Better Alabama”. The CCRP’s slogan for the 2010 election is “Fed Up? Fight Back”. We hear you – your voice is loud and clear. Millions have peacefully demonstrated at Tea Party rallies across the nation. Thousands attended two Tea Party rallies in Cullman. You know big government spending programs combined with government takeover of health care, car manufacturing, financial institutions, energy production, etc. will eventually force higher taxes and less freedom. It is morally wrong for future generations to suffer much higher taxes and less freedom because of decisions made by liberal politicians. Many liberal politicians are committed to destroying our free enterprise system. Industry competition and free enterprise is the reason our nation is the most successful economic power in the history of the world. Many of you feel frustrated and discouraged that you are just one person with limited time, resources and influence. But, by joining with other like-minded individuals you can be part of an effective organization (the Cullman County Republican Party) to help elect conservative candidates who represent your values and principles. God has blessed this great nation because of the faith of our founding fathers and the faith of U.S. citizens and leaders for decades. Now it is our responsibility to “fight back” to help bring this county, state and nation back to the conservative, faith based principles that served this country well for over 200 years. |

Let’s not be guilty of doing nothing but complain about the current political situation forced on us by liberal and progressive politicians. You are also invited to the Republican breakfast meeting held the first Saturday of every month at the VFW Post, 112 Veterans Dr. SW, Cullman. You can enjoy a buffet breakfast starting at 8 a.m. and a program at 8:45 a.m. We try to accomplish a lot of business with short, to the point speeches and keep the meetings no longer than one hour. You can hear local, state and national politicians and candidates discuss current issues. This is a great opportunity to evaluate and quiz politicians and candidates. This website describes the basic principles of the Cullman County Republican Party. You’ll find our candidates are not perfect and probably will not agree with you on every issue. But, we do expect our candidates to adhere to the national Republican platform and to the basic conservative principles of the Alabama Republican party and the Cullman County Republican party. We recognize some of you are Independents and Democrats. For the Democrats, have you accepted the fact the Democrat party is committed to promoting abortion, gay marriage, bigger government, increasing national debt and more taxes? Many former Democrats recognized the Democrat party is dominated by liberals on both coasts and no longer represent Southern values. Many former Democrats are now members and leaders of the CCRP.
